The Dolphins are 70!
The Sans Souci Dolphins spearfishing club is throwing a massive celebration to celebrate 70 years and you’re invited. If you’re a current or old member of the Dolphins please come!
There will be plenty of food and drink provided by the club. We have planned a spit roast or 2, a large paella, beef sausages and plenty of salads. Drinks will be free, provided gratis by the club, until they run out. Feel free to BYO. The bar will be open for more drinks at a cost. The bar only accepts CASH.
Original founding members and past members will be in attendance to tell some spearfishing war stories and remember the fish that got away to swim another day. Dolphins will be travelling from near and far to catch up with old mates and new, of course there’ll be laughs and a few drinks around some warm fire pits.
Please feel free to bring family and friends. If you’re a past member we would like to see you back for the 70th. You were once part of the club and you’ve in some way or another made the club the success it is today. Please bring family or friends that will be respectful to others and the occasion.
There will also be a big raffle, the club has opted not to have a fixed cover charge for the event, but none the less, there will be a raffle with some amazing prizes. As such, we ask that you bring some cash to support the event and the club by purchasing tickets.
There will also be a 70th Anniversary t-shirt, which will be available for pre-order. Details to come.
If anyone would like to bring old speargvns, dolphins/spearfishing memorabilia, especially old photos, please do so it would greatly add to the event. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to myself or Vita.
